These jobs are but not limited to: Data Entry Clerks, Reception, Administrative Assistants, Customer Service Clerks, Bilingual Staff in various departments as well as Executive Assistants. Key Competencies for Administrative Assistant

Education and Experience
- College or University graduate (some positions)
- Minimum of 6 months working within an office environment
Sample Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receive and file incoming letters and documents
- Maintain stationary supplies and coordinating deliveries
- Schedule meetings
- Supply and manage office equipment, office supplies and kitchen utilities
- Telephone operator
- Welcome and receive guests
- General tidiness of the office
- Agenda management: travel arrangements, meetings, hotels etc
Accounting
ProTemps Professional Temporary Staffing receives requests to fill a variety of accounting positions within many different industries. Some positions are short and long term assignments while others are permanent requests. Typical positions we receive are (but not limited to): Accounting Clerk, A/P Clerk, A/R Clerk, Credit and Collections Clerks, Bookkeepers, Payroll Clerks, Junior/Senior Accountant, CGA, CMA, CA and Controller.

Education and Experience (depending on position)
- Accounting degree
- Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles

- Generally a minimum of 3 years experience for more Senior Positions
Sample Job Tasks and Responsibilities (Senior Position)
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Prepare financial management reports
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
